We all know it takes a "special" personality to consider moving to Newark with all the "bad press" and horror stories. Government

The City of Newark is working to provide better schools, better quality of life to Newarkers and working to better Newark as a whole. Police Protection

Forest Hill is a designated Historic District (1990) and living here comes with rules. We may not all agree with the rules but they must be followed. Please contact Code Enforcement if you have a question about the color you've chosen to paint your home or if you see a violation.
